Toulon alderman accused of possessing child pornography posts bond

TOULON (25 NEWS) - The Toulon alderman facing nine counts of child pornography has posted bond.
Jason Musselman posted $25,000 bond Friday, January 21, according to online court records and the Stark County Sheriff’s Office.
One of his conditions is GPS monitoring, according to court records.
