Illini, Bradley and ISU all get home wins Saturday

CENTRAL ILLINOIS (25 NEWS) - Illinois, Bradley and Illinois State all got home wins Saturday.

The Illini got a much-needed blowout win Saturday to build some confidence after last week’s loss to Arizona, defeating St. Francis 106-48. Kofi Cockburn led the Illini scoring with 21 points. He also had 11 rebounds. Alfonso Plummer had 19 points. The Illini tallied 21 assists to set up a school-record 18 three-point baskets.

Bradley took the court for the first time since December 7, defeating St. Joseph’s Saturday 77-73. Ja’Shon Henry led the Braves in scoring with 18 points. Malevy Leons had 14 points, and Terry Roberts had 13.

Illinois State cruises to a win over Ball State Saturday, winning 85-64.
