Location: Rocky Mountain National Park and Poudre Canyon, Colorado

Two weeks ago my husband, 6-month old schnauzer and I loaded up our van and headed out west to visit friends who have a cabin out in Poudre Canyon, Colorado. They have been after us for about 15 years to visit. What took us so long? It was the most beautiful vacation we have taken in many years! The aspen trees were golden and the mountains so majestic. It was also neat to sit at the kitchen table and look out the large picture window at the deer, birds, chipmunks and squirrels who would come right into the backyard to feed. Truly an experience I would not have wanted to miss! No one could convince me there is not a God after seeing firsthand this grandeur and beauty!
