MONMOUTH, Ill. (WEEK) -- -

Want to buy a plane? Here's your chance to get your hands on an aircraft seized during a drug bust at the Monmouth Municipal Airport last year.

More than 200 pounds of marijuana were on board the 1963 Cessna 210c when authorities arrested the pilot last December. The Galesburg Register-Mail reports the pilot, Sean Billingsley of Jacksonville, Oregon, faces drug charges in connection with the incident.

Per state law, law enforcement authorities are auctioning off the plane. It will be up for bid on August 4 at 1 p.m.

For more information, call Clinton Auto Auction Inc. at (217) 935-2277.
