Despite all the changes, State Farm is keeping the chairman and CEO position intact.

But Things have been changing elsewhere at State Farm as the company tries to sell its 89-year-old original headquarters building downtown and closes other facilities across the U.S. over the next four years.
890 non-management IT jobs were cut in Bloomington earlier this year, followed by a job fair. State Farm hosted a job fair last month to fill 200 to 300 full time mostly entry-level positions.
State Farm says the Bloomington based work force is still around 15,000.
