MARQUETTE HEIGHTS, Ill. (WEEK) -- -

Police said a man who allegedly robbed the Marquette Heights Dollar General and Creve Coeur Shell at knife-point should be considered armed and dangerous.

The Creve Coeur Police Department said 39-year-old Brandon Enlow attempted to rob the Shell Gas Station at 700 S. Main around 10:45 a.m. Sunday. About 15 minutes later, the Marquette Heights Police Department said the Dollar General store was robbed by Enlow.

There were no injuries.

Anyone with information on Enlow's whereabouts should be reported to Marquette Heights police at 309-382-3404, Creve Coeur police at 309-699-9511 or 911.

Enlow's last known address was in Pekin, according to Tazewell County court records. Enlow previously faced a 1996 conviction for burglary, a 1998 conviction for battering a peace officer, a 1999 conviction for battery causing bodily harm, and a 2000 conviction for aggravated criminal sexual abuse against a victim between age 13 and 16. Enlow was convicted again in 2008 for failure to register a new address within 5 days as a sex offender, and again in 2011 for reporting false information as a sex offender.

All were felony convictions in Tazewell County court.
