PEORIA, Ill. (WEEK) -- -

A 22-year-old Peoria man killed Wednesday was shot three times, autopsy results released Thursday showed.

Kamry Harris was shot once in the head and twice in the anterior torso, Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood said. His body had no defensive wounds or other trauma. He was shot at close range.

Harris was pronounced dead in an alley in the 2000 block of W. Malone in South Peoria at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday. He was seated in the front seat of a car in a garage off the alley. Police first responded to the scene shortly before 1 p.m

It isn't known what caliber the gun was. The case is still under investigation by the Peoria Police Department.
