NEW YORK CITY (WEEK) -- -

We now know who will replace Matt Lauer on the TODAY show.
    It is Hoda Kotb!
NBC News chairman Andy Lack made the announcement early Tuesday morning as the "TODAY"  show came on the air.
She will be anchoring along side Savannah Guthrie, making the first all-female anchor duel in the show's history.
The 53-year-old will also continue to co-host TODAY's fourth hour with Kathie Lee Gifford.
