Here's everything you need to know for the Monster Jam ticket giveaway. The event is Oct. 21 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Contest Rules

Official Rules No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant. You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. HOI reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. HOI reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of 2907 Springfield Rd., East Peoria, IL 61611. Employees of HOI, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. Entrants further grant to HOI the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. HOI reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. The Contest and all of the related pages, contents are copyright HOI. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize. HOI not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God. All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received. This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities. HOI reserves the right to change the rules at any time. This contest is officially sponsored by HOI.

This Indemnity between Quincy Media, Inc. and its affiliates, including HOI and its affiliates are entered into as of the date below, in connection with the contest/sweepstakes Monster Jam ticket giveaway, which is scheduled to begin on or about October 16th, 2017 and to end on or about October 18th, 2017. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Advertiser hereby represents and warrants that Advertiser and its employees and agents shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with Promotion. Advertiser further acknowledges and agrees that QMI/Station's only obligations with respect to the Promotion are to promote the Promotion on air, in print, and/or through digital media, as agreed by the parties. All other aspects of the conducting and administration of the Promotion will be conducted and administered by Advertiser and/or entities other than QMI, including but not limited to the collection and processing of entries, the selection of contestants, the selection of prize finalists, the provision and operation of Promotion prize fulfillment, winner notification, and verification of winners. Advertiser represents and warrants that the Promotion is and will be lawfully administered and conducted in substantial conformity with the official rules of the Promotion and that the official rules accurately, completely, and truthfully describe the manner in which the Promotion will be conducted and administered. In the event that QMI or HOI provides sample rules to Advertiser, Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that such rules are for informational purposes only, and that QMI/HOI makes no warranty or certification as to the accuracy or completeness of, and shall have no liability in the event of an actual or alleged deficiency in, the official rules of the Promotion. Advertiser hereby releases and discharges QMI, its employees and agents (the “Released Parties") from any claims or actions arising from or relating to the Promotion, and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, complaints, losses, damages, expenses or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees where permitted) arising from or relating to the Promotion and the breach of any of Advertisers' representations or obligations under this Indemnity. This Indemnity shall supersede any other provision or agreement, whether written or otherwise, in effect on this subject prior to the execution of this Indemnity. The undersigned executing this Indemnity on behalf of Advertiser (“Undersigned") represents and warrants that he or she has authority to enter into this Indemnity on behalf of the Advertiser and to bind the Advertiser to the obligations and terms of this Indemnity, and in the event the Undersigned does not have such authority, then, in executing this Indemnity, the Undersigned warrants and agrees to be bound to the terms of this Indemnity and to be responsible and liable hereunder.
