BLOOMINGTON, Ill (HOI) -- -

UPDATE: Charges were reportedly dropped against one of two men Friday in connection with Wednesday's deadly hit and run accident in Bloomington.

The Pantagraph reports charges were dropped again Darin Scott, 54. Jakeb Collins, 22, is now charged with a felony count of leaving the scene of an accident involving a death.

Both men were reportedly driving red vans with white paint on them. Scott was arrested about 30 minutes after the crash after police received a tip about a reckless driver, while Collins was arrested after his mother called and said her son might be involved with the crash, according to a prosecutor quoted in the Pantagraph.

Scott could still face unrelated DUI charges.

Jakeb C.S. Collins of Bloomington was arrested Thursday for leaving the scene of an accident in connection with the accident that left 79-year-old Phyllis Graver of Carmel, Ind. dead and another person injured.

The investigation is ongoing, and the McLean County State's Attorney is reviewing the case.
