Sunday the ITOO Hall held the 8th Annual St. Jude shrimp and corn boil leading up to the St. Jude telethon just a few short weeks away.
They, of course, served shrimp, corn, brats and potatoes.
Each plate was 12 dollars, and it ran until 7pm.
They ordered for 3,000 dinners and sold over one thousand in the first couple hours.
Not only was there a dinner but also a drawing and a raffle
"It's all events like this that raise money for St. Jude to support this great cause. You know, no family ever pays a dime for anything, you know the research Everything that happens there it's all because of donations. So finding cures and saving children that's what they do at st. Jude," says Mike Joseph, Kroger manager and St. Jude board member.
