The sign that protects a hearing impaired Eureka pre-teen has been returned.
Ryan's mom, Stephanie Fuller said the sign appeared on her front lawn about twenty minutes after our broadcast aired Wednesday.
The sign is now back in place protecting Ryan as he plays through-out the summer.
But instead of anger the family is feeling relief.
"We're proud of the kids that returned it. We saw that it took a lot of courage to bring it back and it was a happy ending to our story," said Stephanie Fuller.
"Thank you guys. That's all," says Ryan.
Ryan said he felt like he won a big game when he placed the sign back in its spot.
And he still wants to be a meteorologist.
