A major victory for the prosecution in the Kirk Zimmerman murder trial. The Pantagraph reports that a judge ruled Monday that evidence collected from 17 different search warrants, can be introduced as evidence at his murder trial. Zimmerman is accused of shooting his ex-wife Pamela to death, inside her Bloomington office in November 2014. He has pled not guilty. Several more hearings are scheduled to take place next month on other pending motions. A trial date has not been scheduled.
