After a three year break to raise awareness and funds to help in the fight against breast cancer, Gina Morss returned to WEEK-TV as the co-anchor of 25 News Today in January of 2015. Bringing viewers the news that matters most to them, this Peoria native first began her career at the station in March of 1995 as a general assignment reporter. Over the years Gina has interviewed past and future presidents, taken viewers behind the scenes at the Today Show, Doctor Oz & Dr. Phil, plus reported breaking news stories on Caterpillar, weather disasters and more.

Gina is a graduate of the University of Missouri. Go Tigers! Recognized for her excellence in reporting by the Associated Press and the Illinois Broadcasters Association, Gina says her most important job is that of wife and mom. She and her husband Bill are the proud parents of Noah, Kylie, Vanessa and Maya. Besides spending time with family and friends, Gina enjoys volunteering for local civic organizations, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
