Washington's road to Peoria goes thru DeKalb.
The Panthers face Sterling at Northern Illinois University in Tuesday night's supersectional.
A six–o–clock tip–off to see who makes the 3A Final Four.
The Panthers take a 24–and–3 record north with them against the Golden Warriors.
We've all heard about Matt Roth and Dyricus Sims–Edwards...but what about some of the other guys that have taken Washington to their first Elite eight since 1962?.
"Guys like me and Corey, we don't score very much," said senior guard Brian Tigue. "The only time we score is on drives by Dyricus dropping stuff off to us. We gotta help him out. We play some defense and rebound, assists. Anything that will help out the team."
"I know I'm not really a scorer right now, get those other two the ball," said junior guard Corey Sharp. "Ben's stepping in there now too. Me and Brian just go in there and get the boards and do whatever we can to help the team. I set screens for Matt all the time, then just try to get both of them open and do everything we can."
