Peoria Police are asking for your help to find a missing person.

Kim E. Mortimer left his residence on Sunday, in an agitated state and has not been seen or heard from since.

Mortimer is 55 years old 6 feet tall, 280 pounds, gray hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a tee shirt and jogging shorts. Mr. Mortimer has a history of mental problems, attempting suicide in the past.

WAS THERE NO FAMILY MEMBER WATCHING OVER HIM OR KEEPING SOMEWHAT OF A EYE ON HIM IF HE HAD ALL THESE MENTAL PROBLEMS???? MAYBE HE NEEDED TO LIVE SOMEWHERE SO THAT PEOPLE CAN KEEP WATCH ON HIM....HOPE HE IS FOUND SAFE AND SOUND.....
