The McLean County Health Department says the very young and elderly are at the greatest risk for heat related illness.
They urge you to stay hydrated throughout the day, drinking 2 to 4 glasses of water each hour during heavy outdoor activity.

Warning signs for heat exhaustion include heavy sweating, pale skin, muscle cramps, fatigue, dizziness, nausea and fainting.
