David Crady and Daniel Cox finished serving a six–month sentence in connection with the death of Danny Dahlquist last summer.

Crady, Cox, Nicholas Mentgen and Ryan Johnson fired roman candles into a bedroom where Dahlquist was sleeping causing a fire. Dahlquist died from injuries in the blaze.

Mentgen and Johnson who are serving a similar term in the county jail, are scheduled to be released later this week.

All of the men except Cox were Bradley soccer players at the time of the incident and had been drinking alcohol. They have not been allowed to return to the university.

Cox attended Illinois Central College.
