1470 WMBD Radio reports 49–year–old Miguel Ceja was given two years of probation along with a 500 dollar fine and 90 days work release after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, a Class A misdemeanor. On the night of July 30th 2006, Ceja collided with Nathan in the 2300 block of North University street as he pulled into oncoming traffic. Nathan's vehicle careened into a neigboring home, causing property damage. Ceja's blood test showed he was driving with a blood alcohol content of .121 while also under the influence of cannabis.
