There is still a lot of talk about the tornado that swept through three counties in central Illinois last night.
An unusually active tornado season was in full force in the Midwest last night...with almost fifty tornadoes across the country reported.
The National Weather Service says two touched down in central Illinois.
News 25 received some video and a number of pictures of the tornado on YouNews.
One video came from Daniel Koonce. He is in Mackinaw and caputured the tornado.
The National Weather Service says the twister first touch down at 8:17 p.m. north of Mackinaw.
Ryan Wurster snapped a photo of the funnel cloud between Deer Creek and Mackinaw.
The next report of the tornado was in McLean County. Robin Gilmore captured footage of the tornado from her apartment in Gridley.
And then Ron Fleming also in Gridley took a series of snap shots. He says he watched it travel from several miles northwest of Gridley to the northeast.
There are reports of some damage on some farms south of Goodfield.
News 25 has a crew in that area and will bring you a report of the damage on live at five and News 25 at 6.

I have some pictures up on you news, one thing that was spectacular about these storms was the structure, if you would like to use a few of the pictures for your News-cast, or if Lee/Whomever is doing weather tonight, would like to use the structures shots you are more than welcome to.(Which I've been told a few have been used already)More structure shots than the one of YouNews are available off my Myspace.
