Prosecutors say the images shown today were found on the former Bloomington police sergeant's home computer.

Opening statements in Pelo's rape and stalking trial are now not expected to begin until tomorrow.

He is accused of attacking four women between 2002 and 2005.

Pelo resigned from the police department last fall, more than a year after his arrest.

If convicted on all 35 counts he could go to prison for the rest of his life.

Today Judge Robert Frietag heard several motions from prosecutors and defense attorneys all outside the presence of the jury.

A woman who says Jeff Pelo stalked her will be allowed to testify at his trial.

Pelo has been behind bars since 2006, unable to come up with the necessary cash for bail.

In ref to our state hvg highest gas prices in nation, isn't that called price gouging, how can gas stations justify price hikes, if the rest of our nation is not that high?Even Hawaiian gas is cheaper than here. How can this be.Because 1 gas station follows the other its ok? No one is questioning it? Why?
