Behind Bars On Child Porn Charges

A Bartonville man is in jail tonight on federal charges. Richard Stambaugh Junior was arrested early last week for possession of child pornography.

Police say the 37-year-old man downloaded thousands of images of child pornography onto a computer.

Stambaugh will remain in the Peoria County Jail until U.S. Marshals come to get him.
