Five years ago Sarah Panzau made a life–changing decision.
She attempted to drive home with a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit. Now she spends her life helping young people make good choices.

Panzau spoke to the students of Limestone High School about her fateful night.

In high school, she was a star volleyball player who was offered full scholarships to more than 20 division one schools. But a life of partying and bad friends left her with one arm and numerous injuries.

"I separated my ribcage from my spinal cord. I broke every rib on my right side. Broke my collarbone, broke my scapula. I broke my hip... I mean those are the major ones," said Panzau.

Limestone students were surprised at the extent of her injuries.
Many say her talk helped them to make good decisions for the future.

"It helped me because I think I would never put myself in that decision. I would call my parents instead of try to get away by myself when I know I couldn't," said Dustin Sacco.

Panzau is sponsored by Anheuser Bush.
She has traveled the nation for four years educating students on the danger of drunk driving.

For students with good grades and a good driving record you can win a 2008 Pontiac G–5. Just look under contest on this website and Wheel Rewards.
