Today State Farm Insurance along with its Chairman and CEO put their support for members of the military in writing.

The company signed a pledge to symbolize their commitment to those serving in the guard and reserve.

"It's the right thing to be doing.... And we're proud of that we have many of our employees who are currently deployed we want them to feel that they have as much support as we can give," says Edward Rust Jr.

The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve statement will be on display at the State Farm Headquarters in Bloomington.

ESRG is a Department of Defense organization that provides support between Reserve component members and their civilian employers.
