21-year old Scott McClellan has pleaded guilty to "escape" charges in Tazewell County.

  • Police Bust Underage Drinking Party in Washington

In return illegal consumption of alcohol charges relating to an underage drinking party at his Washington home were dropped.

McClellan fled on foot from the scene and was later arrested.

McClellan was also ordered to pay a $750 fine and court costs.

An eight-day jail term was waived since he already done the time after being arrested.
