Water Main Break Closes Road

A water main break in Metamora has closed part of Route 89 this morning.

Officials with the village of Metamora water department say the 200 block of North Niles Road... which is also Route 89 is closed because of the break.

Officials say motorists will have to drive around that area this morning.
The 200, 300 and 400 blocks of Niles are all affected by the break.

A water boil order is in effect for those areas until further notice.
