Washington, Illinois (03-24-08); An anonymous tip to the Illinois

State Police District 8, Underage Drinking Hotline leads to the arrest of

17 Washington residents for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor early

Saturday morning (03/22). At approximately 12:07 am, the Illinois State

Police received an anonymous tip of an underage drinking party taking

place at 26243 Schuck Road in Washington. Officers from the Illinois State

Police and the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to

investigate. As a result of their investigation 17 subjects were arrested

for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor.

In addition the party host, Scott C. McClellan 20, fled on foot from the

scene. He was later arrested at a residence in Washington and charged with

Escape, Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and a Peoria County

warrant for Failure to Appear on a DUI charge. McClellan was transported

to the Tazewell County Jail where he is currently being held without bond

awaiting a court appearance.

The following subjects were arrested for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by

a Minor:

- Robert A. Wall, 20 years old of 300 Wilshire in Washington

- Kevin J. Cioni, 19 of 1014 Knollcrest in Washington

- Ryan P. Pfeifer, 20 of 3 Colonial Ct. in Washington

- Darryl A. Suttle, 20 of 252 Briargate in Washington

- Kyle D. Heavrin, 19 of 305 Elgin in Washington

- Angela D. Myers, 20 of 121 Albert in Washington

- Samantha J. Barlow, 20 of 501 Hillcrest in Washington

- Samantha J. Lynch, 18 of 309 Elgin in Washington

- Zachary D. Charlton, 19 of 14 Oxford Ct. in Washington

- Martina A. Gehrig, 18 of 1010 Highland in Metamora

- Evan Z. Voyles, 20 of 1609 W. Jefferson in Washington

- Stefanie L. Metka, 19 of 127 Inglewood in Washington

- Ashley L. Weston, 19 of 9 Hunter’s Way in Washington

- Adam T. Fowler, 20 of 1209 Westminster in Washington

- Clayton D. Britell, 20 of 301 Court in Washington

- Reid J. Miller, 20 of 1902 Canterbury Ct. Apt 2 in Washington

All of the party attendees were under the age of 21 with the exception of

one individual who was 21. The investigation is ongoing concerning the

source of the alcohol. The adult homeowners of the property were not

present.

All subjects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.

The Illinois State Police was assisted by the Tazewell County Sheriff’s

Department, Washington Police Department, Peoria Police Department and the

Bartonville Police Department.
