May 1: Johnny's Italian Steakhouse Blacken RibeyeBy WEEK ProducerIngredients18 oz Bone-In Ribeye Cajun seasoning Sauce: 2 oz Sliced Button Mushrooms 2 oz Cabernet Wine 2 oz Demi Glace 1 oz Diced Tomatoes 1oz Green Onions
Directions1. Coat ribeye in seasoning and place in a hot skillet 2. In second skillet, heat mushrooms and add wine 3. Let wine reduce by half and add demi 4. When demi is heated add tomatoes and onions 5. Turn off heat on sauce 6. When steak is cooked to the temperature needed, place on a plate and pour sauce on top |
