January 10: Bruschetta TomatoesBy Johnny's Italian SteakhouseIngredients4 Roma Tomatoes1 T Diced Red Onion 1 Green Onion 2 Fresh Basil Leaves, julienne 1 Clove Garlic, Minced 1 oz Balsamic Vinegar 2 oz Olive Oil 1 t Kosher salt pinch of black pepper Directions1. Begin by dicing the tomatoes into a small dice. Follow byt dicing the red onion, slicing the green onion and basil. Finish by mincing the garlic. 2. Toss together in a bowl with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and season with salt and pepper 3. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, so that all flavors can infuse to one fantastic flavor. Serve any way you would like it. |
