3 fresh basil leaves, sliced
8 oz shredded mozzarella, Shredded Italian Blend or Pizza Blend Cheese
8 mozzarella string cheese sticks
16 oz., refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup pizza sauce
DirectionsHeat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. On a floured cutting board, roll pizza crust into 12 inch diameter circle. Transfer dough to a baking sheet. Place pieces of string cheese along the inside edges of dough. Roll edges inward, tucking dough over and around the mozzarella stick. Top the crust with sauce, sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and fresh basil. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese bubbles. Enjoy!
