By WEEK ProducerIngredients2oz. Olive Oil 2 Pork Chops Seasoned Flour For Dredging 1 Sprig of Rosemary 1/2 Sliced Apple 1T Sugar 1/2 Cup Apple Juice 1oz. Captain Morgan
Directions1. Add oil to skillet and bring to a medium high heat. 2. Coat pork chops in flour and place in skillet 3. When pork chops stop bleeding through the coating add rosemary and sugar coated apples. 4. Finally de-glaze pan with Captain Morgan and add apple juice. 5. Reduce until thick and saucy. 6. Plate and Serve. |
