East Peoria Spring Carnival - May 14-18.
The East Peoria Spring Carnival is moving to a new location. After twelve years of being in the parking lot of the Festival Building on Washington Street, the carnival is moving to Riverfront Park behind Wal-Mart. The carnival includes rides, games, and traditional carnival food and begins at 5:00 P.M. on May 14. There are unlimited ride wristband specials on Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon for $15.00 per person. The carnival is sponsored by the East Peoria Festival of Lights and a portion of the proceeds go to support the nativity scene.
