A legend in alternative music circles, Tim Reynolds is a self-trained musician known for his acoustic guitar dexterity, tremolo picking, and intense rhythms. He is proficient at a variety of styles, interlacing his music with a variety of sounds including flamenco, Middle Eastern sitar, as well as spacey dissonant harmonics, and pure atmospheric electrical shredding.

Reynolds’ range as a guitarist qualifies him as one of the premier musicians of his day. His early influences include Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix, and Led Zeppelin. Forming TR3 in 1984, he expanded his sound to include influences from Bob Marley, Nine Inch Nails, and Prince.
